Chicken and roasted pepper boboli pizza

1largeBoboli shell or 4 small
1tablespoonOlive oil
1cloveGarlic, minced
½cupOnions; sliced
½cupRoasted red pepper strips
½cupHeavy cream
2tablespoonsTomato paste
¼teaspoonRed pepper flakes
1cupCooked slivered chicken

Directions

Bake boboli shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic inoil; remove garlic. Add onion to skillet and saute until tender.

Add pepper strips, cream, tomato paste and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken and heat. Spoon into cavity of Boboli shell. Submitted By DAN KLEPACH On 04-28-95
