|¾ pounds||Gd. Beef|
|¼ teaspoon||Salt -- pepper & oregano|
|8 ounces||Can tomato sauce|
|¼ pounds||Cheese -- American Square|
Saute onion and garlic in hot oil, add meat and seasoning. Brown lightly. On each muffin half put 1 tbls tomato sauce (can use left over spaghetti sauce) 2 tbls meat, sprinkle with oregano and top with slice of cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese bubbles.
