Vegetable mix casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen lima beans
2 packs Frozen peas
2 packs Frozen cut green beans
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Diced onion

Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain vegetables.

Saute onion until tender. Stir in sour cream, margarine, salt and pepper.

Fold in vegetables. Put in greased casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese.
