Italian vegetable casserole

Ingredients

2Zucchini; sliced 1/2 \" thick
2Yellow squash; sliced 1/2\" thick
2Onions; diced
2tablespoonsButter or margarine;
1tablespoonGarlic; finely chopped
¼teaspoonDried oregano;
8ouncesLow-sodium tomato sauce;
3ouncesMozzarella cheese; grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute' zucchini, yellow squash and onion with butter and garlic. Add oregano and tomato sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
