Vegetable-meat casserole

Ingredients

2tablespoonsMelted butter
1smallOnion; chopped
1poundsGround beef
1can(16-oz) mixed vegetables
1can(10-oz) cream of chicken soup
½cupGrated cheese
2slicesToast; crumbled

Directions

Saute onion and meat in butter. Add vegetables and soup. Put in buttered casserole. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
