Tipsy cheese spread

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sharp cheddar cheese; shredd
2 \N Cl Garlic; crushed
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ cup Beer

Beat cheese (at room temperature) until creamy. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Gradually add beer.
