8 ounces | Reduced calorie cream cheese, softened |
½ cup | Reduced calorie sour cream |
4 ounces | Bleu cheese, crumbled |

1 tablespoon | Minced green pepper |
½ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | Onion powder dash black pepper |
Spread walnuts in shallow baking pan. Toast in 350F oven 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth and creamy. Blend in sour cream, bleu cheese, walnuts, and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into attractive serving dish. Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups, 2 tbsp per serving.
Store in refrigerator. Serve with unsalted crackers, party rye, or French bread.
