Bleu cheese spread

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Finely chopped walnuts
8 ounces Reduced calorie cream cheese, softened
½ cup Reduced calorie sour cream
4 ounces Bleu cheese, crumbled
1 \N Tbps chopped pimentos
1 tablespoon Minced green pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder dash black pepper

Spread walnuts in shallow baking pan. Toast in 350F oven 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth and creamy. Blend in sour cream, bleu cheese, walnuts, and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into attractive serving dish. Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups, 2 tbsp per serving.

Store in refrigerator. Serve with unsalted crackers, party rye, or French bread.
