Spinach-cheese spread

½cup1% low-fat cottage cheese
8ouncesCarton non-fat cream cheese
2tablespoonsParsley, minced
1tablespoonLemon juice
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
10ouncesPkg frozen spinach, thawed drained, squeezed dry

Directions

Place cottage cheese and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with crackers.
