Spinach-cheese spread

Yield: 1 2/3 cups

Measure Ingredient
½ cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
8 ounces Carton non-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons Parsley, minced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
10 ounces Pkg frozen spinach, thawed drained, squeezed dry

Place cottage cheese and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with crackers.
