Spinach-cheese spread

| 8 | ounces | Carton non-fat cream cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 10 | ounces | Pkg frozen spinach, thawed drained, squeezed dry |
Directions
Place cottage cheese and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with crackers.
