Triple cheese spread

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Shredded Swiss |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Shredded carrots |
| ¼ | cup | Unsalted sunflower seeds |

Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.
