Teriyaki steak #2

Measure Ingredient
4 smalls 3/4" thick NY strip steaks OR 2-3 lb flank steak, trimmed and scored
1¼ cup Light brown sugar
1 cup Soy sauce
1 1/2" piece ginger, peel, grate
½ clove Garlic, crushed
⅛ teaspoon Sesame oil

Beamreach Restaurant, Kauai, Hawaii Arrange steak in shallow dish.

Combine remaining ingreds and blend well. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hrs or overnight, turning occasionally. Broil or bbq to desired doneness. If using flank steak, slice diagonally across grain before serving. S: Fav Rest Rs, Bon A
