Teriyaki shark steaks

Measure Ingredient
6 Shark;1 in. thick;steaks
1 tablespoon Gelatin
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce

Heat teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice; add gelatin and simmer 5 minutes. Refrigerate until thickened, about 1½ hrs.

Broil shark for 4 minutes each side; while broiling, brush glaze over steaks.
