Teriyaki marinade #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Bottle Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1 small Can pineapple juice
⅓ cup Sugar
1 cup Cooking oil
2 tablespoons Ground ginger
4 \N Cloves garlic; minced
\N \N Garlic salt and cracked pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients well. Marinate meat of your choice for at least 24 hours. Cook over coals, preferably, and baste often with marinade.

Excellent for beef, chicken, ribs or shish kabobs. Quick and good and keeps well in refrigera- tor.
