Teriyaki marinade #2

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1smallBottle Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1smallCan pineapple juice
cupSugar
1cupCooking oil
2tablespoonsGround ginger
4Cloves garlic; minced
Garlic salt and cracked pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients well. Marinate meat of your choice for at least 24 hours. Cook over coals, preferably, and baste often with marinade.

Excellent for beef, chicken, ribs or shish kabobs. Quick and good and keeps well in refrigera- tor.
