1 cup Soy sauce
3 \N Cloves garlic
½ cup Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh ground ginger
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Wine

Smash the garlic. I use red wine for beef, white wine for chicken.

Marinate the meat for 4 hours up. Baste the meat with the sauce while cooking.
