Teriyaki chicken 2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (up to 6)
½ small Onion, chopped
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dry sherry

Mix everything except chicken; pour over chicken in crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
