Ingredients

5Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (up to 6)
½smallOnion, chopped
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupBrown sugar
½teaspoonGround ginger
1Clove garlic, minced
1tablespoonDry sherry

Directions

Mix everything except chicken; pour over chicken in crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
