Tarragon-mustard dip

1tablespoonFresh Tarragon; Chopped, OR
1teaspoonDried Tarragon; Crushed
1tablespoonWhite Wine Vinegar
1tablespoonDijon Mustard
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack Pepper
1cupMayonnaise
½cupSour Cream

Directions

Mix the tarragon and vinegar together and blend in the mustard. Mix in the salt and pepper, blending well. Blend in the mayonnaise and then the sour cream. Cover and chill. Makes about 1½ Cups of dip.
