1Olive oil
cupWhite wine vinegar
2tablespoonsTarragon mustard blend
1teaspoonSalt
1Clove garlic, crushed TARRAGON MAYONNAISE SAUCE:
1cupRegular or lowfat mayonnaise
cupSour cream or lowfat yogurt
3tablespoonsTarragon mustard blend

Directions

Stir Spices, together and store in an airtight container.

For vinaigrette: Mix all ingredients together, store in refrigerator until ready to use. Makes 1½ cups.

For Mayonnaise Sauce:

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 1 ⅓ cups
