Tarragon dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Finely chopped fresh tarragon
4 tablespoons Salad oil
1½ tablespoon Vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Garlic cloves; minced, up to 2
1 dash Finely ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir or shake to mix. Serve over salad greens and steamed vegetables.
