Lemon-tarragon dip

| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon Juice |

Directions
Mix all the ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1¼ cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Turkey, French Bread, Fennel, Yellow Zucchini, Carrots
