Swiss vegetable medley

Ingredients

16ouncesFrozen veg (broccoli, carrot
Cauliflower)
1canCream of mushroom soup or
Celery
4ouncesSwiss cheese -- shredded
cupSour cream
¼teaspoonPepper
1canFrench fried onions

Directions

Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, ½ cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and ½ can of onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, in 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Uncover; top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes more.
