Yield: 6 Servings
|1 teaspoon||Minced; dried onion|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|2 packs||(10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained|
|1½ cup||Grated Swiss cheese|
|¼ cup||Crushed Ritz crackers|
Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.
Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
