Swiss green beans

Ingredients

2tablespoonsFlour
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonMinced; dried onion
1tablespoonSugar
1cupSour cream
2packs(10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained
cupGrated Swiss cheese
¼cupCrushed Ritz crackers

Directions

Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.

Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
