Swiss green beans

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Minced; dried onion
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
2 packs (10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained
1½ cup Grated Swiss cheese
¼ cup Crushed Ritz crackers

Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.

Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
