Squash bread

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Flour, all-purpose |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon, ground |
| ½ | teaspoon | Nutmeg, ground |
| 1 | cup | Squash, butternut or acorn; cooked, mashed |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine; melted |
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients; stir lightly, and set aside.
Combine squash, eggs, and margarine; mix well. Add to flour mixture, stirring only until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3" loafpan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
