Squash so good

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Yellow or zuchinni squash; diced
½ cup Green pepper
½ cup Onion; diced
Salt and pepper (generous sprinkling)
1 Stick butter
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ cup Salad dressing
½ cup Pimiento
1 Egg; beaten
½ cup Sharp cheese; grated

Cook vegetables with salt and pepper in water to cover until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Mix together well and pour into 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
