Squash so good

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsYellow or zuchinni squash; diced
½cupGreen pepper
½cupOnion; diced
Salt and pepper (generous sprinkling)
1Stick butter
1teaspoonSugar
½cupSalad dressing
½cupPimiento
1Egg; beaten
½cupSharp cheese; grated

Directions

Cook vegetables with salt and pepper in water to cover until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Mix together well and pour into 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
