Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Yellow or zuchinni squash; diced |
½ cup | Green pepper |
½ cup | Onion; diced |
Salt and pepper (generous sprinkling) | |
1 | Stick butter |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
½ cup | Salad dressing |
½ cup | Pimiento |
1 | Egg; beaten |
½ cup | Sharp cheese; grated |
Cook vegetables with salt and pepper in water to cover until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Mix together well and pour into 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
