Spinach roman style

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Washed spinach |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lard or bacon drippings |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Shelled pine nuts |
| 1 | tablespoon | Raisins |
Directions
Cook Spinach in 1 cup water, 5 minutes and drain well. Melt leaf lard or drippings in saucepan, add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes longer. Add nuts and raisins and serve. Serves 4.
