Spanish spinach

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
1 teaspoon Olive oil
¼ cup Pine nuts
¼ cup Golden raisins Salt to taste

Saute spinach in olive over medium heat until wilted. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serves 4.
