Spinach herb sauce

1cupBottled mayonnaise
½cupPlain yogurt
2teaspoonsMinced fresh tarragon
1teaspoonFresh lemon juice
2teaspoonsMinced fresh chives

Directions

In a blender puree the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives. Serve the sauce with chicken.

Makes about 2 cups.
