Southern bourbon-mustard sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup Plus 1 ounce bourbon
¼ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
⅓ cup Green onions -- minced
3 Garlic cloves -- minced

Mix all ingredients together to make the sauce.

Can be used as either a marinade or a basting sauce for shellfish, fish, beef or chicken.
