| ½ | cup | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tabasco sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Malagueta pepper |
| ¼ | Seeded lemon; chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger' |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil over low heat for 5 min. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 more min. Spread on meat during last 10-15 min. of grilling or broiling or last 20-25 min. of baking.
Makes 2½ to 3 cups.
