6Eggs; beaten
4slicesVelveeta extra thick pasteurized process cheese spread; chopped
2tablespoonsGreen onion slices
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1dashPepper
3dropsHot pepper sauce; to taste
4slicesCrisply cooked bacon; crumbled

Directions

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Combine all remaining ingredients except bacon; add to skillet. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Stir in bacon. 4 servings.
