Yield: 4 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Parkay margarine|
|6 \N||Eggs; beaten|
|4 slices||Velveeta extra thick pasteurized process cheese spread; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Green onion slices|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped parsley|
|3 drops||Hot pepper sauce; to taste|
|4 slices||Crisply cooked bacon; crumbled|
Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Combine all remaining ingredients except bacon; add to skillet. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Stir in bacon. 4 servings.
