Sausage scramble

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Pork bulk sausage
18 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1½ teaspoon Salt
12 ounces Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 cups Garlic-and-onion-flavored croutons
18 Tomato slices

Cook and stir sausage over medium heat until light brown; drain. Place sausage in a 13x9Ó greased baking dish. Beat eggs, milk and salt/stir in cheese. Pour egg mixture on sausage. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered, in a preheated 325-degree oven 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato slices. Yield: 18 servings.
