Yield: 10 -15
|1½ pounds||Jack cheese, shredded|
|¾ pounds||Fresh mushrooms, diced|
|½ large||Onion, chopped|
|¼ cup||Margerine, melted|
|1 cup||Cubed ham|
|7 \N||Eggs beaten|
|1 tablespoon||Seasoned salt|
Place half of cheese in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Place over cheese. Spread ham over top.
