Egg & beef scramble

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
3½ ounce Pkg. dried beef
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Milk
3 ounces Pkg cream cheese, softened

In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.

Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
