Sausage-potato bake

½cupChopped onion
½cupChopped green pepper
1poundsFullcook smoke sausage,slice
3ouncesPkg cream cheese
cupMilk
½cupSour cream
1tablespoonFlour
½teaspoonThyme

Directions

Cook onion, potatoes and green pepper in boiling water till tender; drain. Turn into a 1½ qt. casserole. Add sliced sausage;toss lightly. Cut up cream cheese. Cook and stir cream cheese and milk till cream cheese melts. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, flour, thyme, and ⅛ tsp. pepper. Pour over potato mixture; stir.
