Saucy ham & potato bake

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Onion; chopped
¼ cup Margarine
¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
\N \N Dash pepper
1½ cup Milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese; shredded
½ pounds Ham; cut into 1/8\" slices
6 cups Potato slices; cooked

Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cool, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1-½ cups cheese; stir until melted. Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. Pour into 2-quart casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. Arrange ham and remaining potato slices on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
