Risag's nectarine salsa

Ingredients

2Nectarines; pitted
1Papaya; seeded
1Chile pepper (your favorite); minced
1Handful cilantro; chopped
1smallOnion; chopped
Drizzle olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Chop up the nectarine and the papaya. Place in small bowl. Add chopped onion, cilantro, chile pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours to meld flavors. Makes 2 cups worth.
