Nectarine salad

| ½ | cup | Sweet Red Pepper, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Green Onions, thinly sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cider Vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black Pepper, ground |
| Leaf Lettuce | ||
Directions
Combine nectarines, red pepper and onions in a small bowl. Whisk together oil, lime juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over nectarine mixture. Refrigerate. Mound on lettuce to serve.
