| ½ | teaspoon | Honey mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar |
| Sea salt to taste | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Walnut oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced fresh tarragon |
Directions
In a bowl. whisk together mustard vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking until it is emulsified. Stir in tarragon.
Makes ½ cup.
