Raspberry vinaigrette 8

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Honey mustard
2 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
Sea salt to taste
3 tablespoons Walnut oil
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh tarragon

In a bowl. whisk together mustard vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking until it is emulsified. Stir in tarragon.

Makes ½ cup.
