Raspberry -- rhubarb vinaigrette

Ingredients

½cupRaspberry Basalmic Vinegar
½cupRhubarb Wine
½cupSalad Oil
2tablespoonsDijon Mustard
1tablespoonLime Juice
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonWhite Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or a sealable jar, and blend.

Best if chilled before using.
