Raspberry vinaigrette - bon appetit

cupRaspberry preserves
¼cupVegetable oil
4teaspoonsRice vinegar
4teaspoonsCider vinegar
1tablespoonDry white wine
1teaspoonCoarse-grained mustard

Directions

Place preserves in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Stir in rice vinegar, cider vinegar, wine and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
