2tablespoonsSalad oil
2tablespoonsRaspberry vinegar
½teaspoonDried basil; crushed (1/2 to 1)
1teaspoonDijon-style mustard
1teaspoonSesame oil
teaspoonPepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover, shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving. Makes ½ cup.

Great with Northwestern Chicken Salad!
