Raspberry and walnut vinaigrette

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Honey mustard (available at specialty foods shops and some supermarkets)
2 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar (available at specialty shops)
3 tablespoons Walnut oil
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh tarragon
\N \N Salt to taste

In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the tarragon. Makes about ½ cup.
