Raspberry and walnut vinaigrette

½teaspoonHoney mustard (available at specialty foods shops and some supermarkets)
2tablespoonsRaspberry vinegar (available at specialty shops)
3tablespoonsWalnut oil
3tablespoonsOlive oil
1tablespoonMinced fresh tarragon
Salt to taste

Directions

In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the tarragon. Makes about ½ cup.
