Salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | STAR Red Wine Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Strained pureed raspberries |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves,crushed |
| ½ | cup | STAR Olive Oil |
| Mixed salad greens (bite- size pieces) | ||
| Thinly sliced onion | ||
| PRECIOUS Mozzarella Cheese, shredded | ||
Directions
In a small bowl mix vinegar, raspberries, honey, garlic and oregano.
Gradually whisk in oil. Place greens and onion in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat. Reserve remaining dressing for another use. Sprinkle salad with mozzarella cheese.
