Apple bundt cake

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
4 \N Eggs
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Salad oil
3 cups 4 apples; chopped
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Ch. walnuts

1. Sift dry ingredients.

2. Beat eggs well, add sugar and oil and beat.

3. Add flour mixture, vanilla, apples & nuts.

4. Mix well. Spray bundt pan with Pam.

5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Or cook 50 min. Convection Bake

6. Cool in pan 10 minutes. I use 4 apples.

GLAZE: 1 stick of oleo. 2 tsp. of milk 3. ½ cup light brown sugar Combine above and boil 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
