Ingredients

3smallsGreen onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
8ouncesNonfat cream cheese, (1 package) softened
2tablespoonsReduced-calorie mayonnaise
¼cupPlain nonfat yogurt
2teaspoonsLemon juice

Directions

With food processor on, add garlic clove and then green onions through food chute, and process until minced. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise, and process until smooth. Add yogurt and lemon juice; pulse 3 times or until well-blended. Cover and chill. Yield: 1-⅓ cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
