Measure | Ingredient |

2 teaspoons | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Dried minced garlic |
8 teaspoons | Instant minced onion |
2 teaspoons | Black pepper |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | Paprika |
2 teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
Combine spices. Store tightly covered.
Uses: Sprinkle directly on salads to season, Or: Add 1 Tablespoon mix to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk. Mix with spoon. Refrigerate.
Or: Add 1 Tablespoon mix to 8 ounces of plain yogurt and use as dip with fresh vegetables.
Or: Combine 2 Tablespoons water with ¼ cup vinegar. Stir in 2 teaspoons mix, then ⅔ cup salad oil. Shake well.
Yield: ½ cup mix.
