|⅓ cup||Celery With Leaves --|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh Parsley -- chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Onion -- grated|
|1||Clove Garlic -- crushed|
|¼ teaspoon||Dried Thyme|
|¼ teaspoon||Celery Seed|
|⅛ teaspoon||Pepper -- freshly ground|
1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 5 days.
Variation: Cucumber Ranch Dressing: Peel a med. Cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with the tip of a spoon. Grate on the large holes of a cheese grater. A handful at a time, squeeze out the excess liquid from the grated cucumber. Stir the grated cucumber into the prepared ranch dressing.
