Ranch dressing

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Garlic clove, peeled
\N \N Salt and pepper
¾ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
2 teaspoons Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard

In a bowl, stir together the garlic and salt. Whisk in the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, cider vinegar, dry mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.

Yield: 1 cup
