1 can | Sweetened condensed milk; (14 oz) |
¼ cup | Lemon juice |
1 can | Crushed pineapple; (20 oz) drained |
1 can | Whole berry cranberry sauce; (16 oz) |
2 cups | Miniature marshmallows |
½ cup | Chopped pecans |
\N \N | Red food coloring; optional |
1 \N | Carton frozen whipped topping; thawed, (8 oz) |
Ina bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple, cranberrys sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2" baking dish. Freeze til firm, 4 hours or overnight.
