Festive cranberry salad

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Sweetened condensed milk; (14 oz)
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 can Crushed pineapple; (20 oz) drained
1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce; (16 oz)
2 cups Miniature marshmallows
½ cup Chopped pecans
\N \N Red food coloring; optional
1 \N Carton frozen whipped topping; thawed, (8 oz)

Ina bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple, cranberrys sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2" baking dish. Freeze til firm, 4 hours or overnight.
