Pound cake cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter; softened*
¾ cup Sugar
1 \N Egg
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cream margarine and sugar; add egg. Stir in flour and mix well. Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 untill lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.

NOTES : I used ½ butter and ½ margarine. Mine come out drier than a traditional pound cake but they were delicious and had the taste of poundcake. I have also made these with mini chocolte chips in them. I just poured till I thought it looked good.
