| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | Lemon , juice of | |
| 5 | Cloves garlic (minced) | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped mint |
| 1 | teaspoon | Each pepper, salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fresh basil (chopped) |
| 5 | Bay leaves (crushed) | |
Directions
Marinate in refrigerator for three days. Skewer and grill.
