Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Boneless pork; cut into strips|
|1 teaspoon||Vegetable oil|
|1 pack||Taco seasoning; (35 g)|
|2 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|½||Red pepper; thinly sliced|
|½||Green pepper; thinly sliced|
|Hot cooked rice|
1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside) 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.
3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
