1 pounds | Boneless pork; cut into strips |
1 teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
1 cup | Salsa |
1 pack | Taco seasoning; (35 g) |
2 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
½ \N | Red pepper; thinly sliced |
½ \N | Green pepper; thinly sliced |
\N \N | Hot cooked rice |
1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside) 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.
3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
