Pork picante

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Boneless pork; cut into strips
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Salsa
1 pack Taco seasoning; (35 g)
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ \N Red pepper; thinly sliced
½ \N Green pepper; thinly sliced
\N \N Hot cooked rice

1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside) 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.

3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
