Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Boneless pork; cut into strips |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | cup | Salsa |
| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning; (35 g) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| ½ | Red pepper; thinly sliced | |
| ½ | Green pepper; thinly sliced | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside) 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.
3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
