Ingredients

1poundsBoneless pork; cut into strips
1teaspoonVegetable oil
1cupSalsa
1packTaco seasoning; (35 g)
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
½Red pepper; thinly sliced
½Green pepper; thinly sliced
Hot cooked rice

Directions

1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside) 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.

3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
